Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 4, 2026
This policy explains how Iceum LLC, doing business as Weavos ("Weavos", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects information through our website, weavos.io, and through the services and internal tools we use to manage our clients' e-commerce and advertising accounts.
Who we are
Weavos is a marketplace management agency. We manage advertising, listings and growth for brands selling on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop and Shopify. Questions about this policy can go to sales@weavos.io.
Information we collect
From visitors to our website
-
What you send us through forms or email, such as your name, email address, company and message.
-
Basic technical data our website host collects automatically, such as browser type, pages visited and cookies. Our site is hosted on Wix, which processes this data under its own privacy policy.
From our clients
-
Business contact details for the people we work with.
-
Data from the marketplace and advertising accounts a client authorizes us to manage. This includes advertising campaigns, keywords, bids, budgets, performance reports, sales and inventory figures, and product listings.
When you sign in with Amazon
When a client or a Weavos team member authorizes our tools through Login with Amazon, Amazon shares the information that sign-in allows. That is typically a name, an email address, an Amazon user ID, and permission to manage the advertising accounts that person can access. We never see or store your Amazon password.
How we use information
We use this information only to:
-
provide the services a client has engaged us for, such as reporting on, analyzing and managing their own advertising and marketplace accounts;
-
prepare recommendations and carry out changes the client's account manager has approved;
-
communicate with clients and prospective clients;
-
operate, secure and improve our services.
Data from one client's accounts is used only for that client. It is never combined with, shown to or used for another client.
We use software tools, including AI tools such as Anthropic's Claude, to analyze account data and draft recommendations. A Weavos team member reviews and approves every change before it is made to a client's advertising account.
Amazon Ads data
Data we receive through the Amazon Ads API is used only to manage and report on the advertising of the advertiser it belongs to, as that advertiser has authorized. We handle it in line with the Amazon Ads API License Agreement and Amazon's Data Protection Policy. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it to build profiles of Amazon customers.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
-
with service providers that help us run our business, such as hosting, email, messaging, cloud storage, analytics and advertising-management software. They act on our instructions and may use the information only to provide their services to us;
-
with the platforms themselves (for example Amazon) when we make changes a client has authorized;
-
when required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or others;
-
in a business transfer, such as a merger or sale, subject to this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep client account data for as long as we provide services to that client, and afterward only as long as needed for legal, accounting or reporting obligations. When a client ends our engagement or asks us to, we delete or return their account data and revoke our access, except where the law requires us to keep it.
How we protect it
Access to client accounts is limited to the Weavos team members who work on them. Access credentials are kept in encrypted storage. Data is stored on computers we control and in private, access-restricted backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
Your choices and rights
-
Revoking Amazon access: you can remove Weavos's access to your Amazon account at any time in your Amazon account settings, under the apps and services you have connected with Login with Amazon. You can also ask us to disconnect.
-
Access, correction and deletion: you may ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing sales@weavos.io. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.
-
Marketing email: you can unsubscribe from any marketing email we send.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
